Whilst we ensure that every retail vehicle offered for sale is prepared to the highest of standards, ultimately issues can unexpectedly arise with used vehicles. We, therefore, include a comprehensive Warranty with every car at no additional cost.

Our Standard Terms cover a Vehicle that is up to 15 years old or 100,000 miles (whichever is reached first) for 3 Month / 3,000 miles (whichever is reached first). This is comprehensively outlined in the sections below. For Vehicles outside of this threshold, we include a 1 Month or 1000 Mile Warranty to the same level. 

The cover we include is personally underwritten by ourselves and in the event of a Claim, you have no concerns over a Third-Party failing to pay, refusing cover over technicalities, potential delays, or costly excesses. Our only stipulation is the vehicle is recovered to our Premises by you.

Please note: Any consequential damage from a failed component listed is not included. All Warranty claims include 1 Hours Diagnostics at no additional cost. Any further diagnostics time spent will be liable to further charge in line with our Workshop Labour Charge of £60.00 + vat per hour.

Rocker assembly, inlet and exhaust valves (burnt out valves excluded), valve guides and springs (excluding burnt valves and decokes), cylinder head (excluding cracks and overheating damage), push rods, camshaft and cam followers, timing gears, chains and tensioner, oil pump, pistons (excluding rings), cylinder bore and liners, gudgeon pins, con rods, crankshaft, flywheel and ring gear (excluding dual mass), distributor drive.
Gears, shafts, synchromesh hubs, selectors, speedometer drive, over-drive units (when fitted), transfer box, gearbox casing for manufacturer defects
Gears, oil pump, shafts,,, governors, servos, torque convertor, drive plate, valve block, modulator valve, speedometer drive.
Covered if proof manufacturer’s replacement recommendations complied with. Cover includes Cambelt Tensioner and Guides. This also covers Timing Chains
Crown wheel, pinion, planet gears, planet carriers, halfshafts, applies to both front & rear differential separate to gearbox
Clutch fork, master cylinder, slave cylinder, pressure plate, are covered for actual breakage of components. Centre plate not covered for contamination.
Master cylinder, disc brake calipers (excluding electric motors).
Propshaft and universal joints.
Front and rear.
Rack and pinion, pump, steering box and idler (excluding leaks), inner tie rods
Coil springs, front and rear
Mechanical and electrical fuel pump (excluding wrong fuel damage), fuel lines, fuel rail, injectors (excluding seals), fuel tank, fuel cap
water pump, thermostat, radiator (excluding impact damage), all hoses, heater matrix
Alternator, starter motor, front and rear windscreen wiper motors and indicator relay. PLEASE NOTE: Batteries and Sensors are excluded from cover due to being 'Wear and Tear'
Diesel injection pump only.
In the event of a Manufacturing Defect all major component casings are covered. Cover excludes impact damage

Our Cover excludes ‘Wear and Tear’ items, however given the extremely thorough preparation process we undertake you can be assured that our vehicles are in excellent order prior to release.

All that we ask in the event of a claim is that you return your car to our Garage and we will make it a priority to inspect, diagnose and repair.
